Senior Architectural Engineer and Tourism & Hospitality Design Expert with over 15 years of global practice.
Founder of Ayandes OÜ, registered in Estonia. Master's degree in Architectural Engineering from IAU Tehran. Published author of 18+ research papers at international conferences. Award-winning architect with 700,000m²+ of delivered space across 40+ projects in 12 countries.
Career
Two decades of practice across four countries — from site engineer to principal architect and founder.
Established Ayandes OÜ as a globally active BIM-integrated architectural practice. Tourism, mixed-use, and large-scale projects worldwide.
Led the engineering department at a major holding company. Delivered Luxury Point Apartments (18,200m²), Seyir 360 (6,700m²), and Mağmat Boğazı Tourism Complex (61,840m²).
Founded and directed a multi-disciplinary architectural firm. Delivered residential, commercial, and urban projects across Iran and internationally, including the 5 Stars Hotel in Chabahar (25,000m²).
Delivered Morvarid Parking Complex (84,000m²), Shiraz Airline HQ (17,000m²), Rest Areas, and International Airport concept (150,000m²).
Built foundational expertise in project coordination, technical documentation, and construction supervision.
